Agencies sign contracts for Odessa irrigation water - AgMinute for March 13, 2014
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Washington Department of Ecology and East Columbia Basin Irrigation District have signed contracts to bring more water from the Columbia River through the East Low Canal to irrigators.
